Watching the lion the witch and the wardrobe rn. In the scene where Aslan, Lucy and Susan are walking in the woods to the stone table, Lucy is combing threw Aslan's mane as they walk. Immediately it reminded me of Mary anointing Jesus' feet in the Gospel of John.
Aslan loved Peter with His Magnificent kingdom, crowning him as the High King.

Aslan loved Edmund with His life, a life sacrificed to bring balance in Narnia, a life of Justice.
